Shafi Menattil
Shafi Menattil founded SLF Holdings in 2008 with a vision to build a successful FMCG company in the UAE. Starting his journey with many challenges, he gained valuable experience by understanding the market, consumer needs, and changing trends.
With his strong market knowledge and ability to identify opportunities, he introduced products that matched customer expectations. His entrepreneurial journey began with the launch of the Hayyaf brand, followed by the successful launch of Kitchen Crown in 2015.
Through dedication, innovation, and a clear understanding of the market, Shafi Menattil has built SLF Holdings into a growing company with a strong portfolio of brands and products

Abdul Nazer Pokadan joined SLF Holdings in 2010 and played a key role in strengthening the company’s growth journey. Through his dedication, strategic approach, and commitment, he became one of the directors of the company.
His major contribution has been in developing strong internal systems and structured processes within the organization. With his expertise in documentation management and accounting systems, he helped establish a solid operational foundation that enabled the company to grow smoothly and efficiently.
